Collect your association’s dues, without chasing anyone.

Memberry lets your members pay dues and renewals online, straight into your association’s own account — it sends the reminders, tracks who has paid, and no one spends another evening chasing members on Messenger or Viber.

Your members’ money never passes through Memberry. Dues settle into your association’s own PayMongo account, regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

We’ll email you when your association is next in line.

Collecting dues shouldn’t be a second job

Right now it’s Messenger reminders, screenshots of payments, and a spreadsheet you reconcile by hand. Every renewal season, an officer loses nights to it, and members still slip through.

Unpaid dues are the events you can’t fund, the projects that stall, and the officer who quietly does the collecting alone.

We built Memberry because that shouldn’t fall on one volunteer’s evenings. It turns all of it into a link you send and a list that updates itself.

What your association gets

  • Get paid the way members already pay

Members pay dues in a tap using GCash, Maya, a card, or online banking, the methods they already trust, rather than cash envelopes and trips to the bank.

  • Know who has paid, automatically

Every payment is tracked and reconciled for you. See your whole roster at a glance instead of cross-checking screenshots and spreadsheets.

  • Login-free for members

Members tap a secure pay-link, pay, and get a receipt straight away. Nothing to download, nothing to sign up for — and no one calling you for help with an app.

  • The money is yours, directly

Dues settle into your association’s own account, regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. The money stays yours from the moment a member taps pay.

How it works

  1. Import your roster

Upload your member list from a spreadsheet. Your association is ready in minutes.

  2. Send a pay-link

Memberry emails each member a secure, single-use link to pay their dues — then follows up automatically on a schedule you set, so the reminders go out without you.

  3. Watch the money land

Dues go straight into your association’s own account. Memberry shows you exactly who has paid, in real time.

Questions officers ask

What is Memberry?

Memberry is a membership dues-collection app for Philippine medical and healthcare associations, such as dental chapters, medical societies, and doctors’ associations. It lets officers collect membership dues and renewals online and automatically tracks who has paid.

Why not just post a GCash number in the group chat?

It works — until renewal season. A posted GCash number means an officer matches every screenshot to a name by hand, receipts are whoever remembered to reply, and the dues sit in one person’s personal wallet instead of the association’s own account. When that officer hands over, the records go with them. Memberry keeps the same GCash payment your members already know, but every payment is tracked and receipted automatically, and the money settles to the association itself.

How do members pay?

Members pay through a secure, single-use pay-link with GCash, Maya, a card, or direct online banking, powered by PayMongo. They do not need to install anything or create an account to pay.

Do I still have to remind members to pay?

No — that is the point. Memberry sends the pay-link and the follow-up reminders automatically, on a schedule your association controls. You watch the list fill in instead of writing another round of reminder messages.

Do members need to create an account?

No. Paying is login-free: a member taps the pay-link and pays. An optional passwordless account lets them view their receipts and payment history.

Does the money go to the association or to Memberry?

Your association connects its own PayMongo account, which is regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. Dues settle directly to your association. Memberry is never in the middle of your members’ money.

Do members pay anything extra when they pay online?

No. Members pay their exact dues, nothing on top. PayMongo deducts its standard processing fee before settlement — the same fee any business pays to accept GCash or cards. That is PayMongo’s fee for moving the money, not Memberry taking a cut of your dues.

How does my association get set up to receive dues?

Your association creates its own free PayMongo account and Memberry connects to it. Signing up is quick, though PayMongo may verify your details before you go live. From then on, every dues payment settles straight into your association’s account.

Which payment methods are supported?

Through PayMongo, members can pay with GCash, Maya, a Visa or Mastercard, or direct online banking — the methods your members already use every day.

What about members who still pay cash?

Record it in a couple of taps. A cash payment lands on the same roster as the online ones, so your list stays complete — GCash from home, cash at the general assembly, all in one place.

Does Memberry do more than collect dues?

Dues come first, but your association also gets event registrations (free or paid), announcements you can see members have read, and a digital membership card for every member. One place for the whole chapter, built around the money.
